Deactivate a group

Soft-deactivates the group; there is no hard delete, so a group a
policy references resolves to a failure rather than to "no approver".
Idempotent. Members can still be removed from a deactivated
group, but nothing else about it can change.

Requires group:manage, and the path tenant must equal the caller's
tenant_id claim.

Responses

200The deactivated group.

400id or groupId is not a UUID.

401No bearer token, or a token that failed verification. Always Authentication token is missing or invalid.; the reason is never disclosed.

403No group:manage permission, or the path tenant is not the caller's own.

404No such group, or one belonging to another tenant.
