Add a member

https://api.qfp.quantnetwork.net/api/tenants/{id}/groups/{groupId}/members

Adds one member by user id. Idempotent: adding a member who is
already in the group answers 200 and changes nothing.

The user must exist in the caller's tenant (another tenant's user
reads as 404) and be ACTIVE or INVITED; DEACTIVATED and
REMOVED users are rejected with 400. A deactivated group cannot
gain members. Requires group:manage, and the path tenant must equal
the caller's tenant_id claim.

400The body failed validation, or the user's status does not allow membership (User 'USERID' cannot be added to an approval group.).

401No bearer token, or a token that failed verification. Always Authentication token is missing or invalid.; the reason is never disclosed.

403No group:manage permission, or the path tenant is not the caller's own.

404No such group in this tenant (Approval group {groupId} not found), or no such user in this tenant (User not found).

409The group is deactivated (Approval group '{key}' is deactivated.).
