Returns the account's position in its asset, read from the token contract at the time of the request. The three figures come from a single read and are consistent with one another. Only settled operations are reflected; an operation still in flight does not appear until it settles.
An INACTIVE account still answers, since deactivation stops new operations but not the reporting of funds already held.
